As we expand our reach, we need strong leadership to support our mission. That's where you come in – as a Non-Executive Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Mens Talk AU.
Job Description- Providing strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth and effectiveness.
- Ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Supporting governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Offering advice on partnerships, funding, and operational best practices.
- Acting as an advocate for men's mental health and our work in the community.
About You
- Passionate about men's mental health and committed to making a real difference.
- Experienced in leadership, governance, or strategy (board experience is a plus, but not essential).
- A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
- Particular skills/experience of interest are Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Event Management.
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in shaping the future of Mens Talk AU.
