Product Manager for Design and Engineering Practitioners PI

This role oversees the development, execution, and financial performance of the DEP product.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of commercial experience in Design and Engineering Practitioners PI or equivalent Construction PI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine strategies for delivering DEP products.
  • Create cohesive underwriting plans and value propositions for intermediaries.
  • Execute on go-to-market propositions and distribution strategies for DEP.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across underwriting, distribution, and product management.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to define and build technology solutions that support business goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience leading and developing teams in insurance with a focus on product development, strategy, underwriting, and financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of intermediary markets, underwriting principles, and DEP PI products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to define and build technology solutions that support business goals.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance strategy and pricing algorithms.
