Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

You will be the face of our brand, representing our values and mission to deliver outstanding service.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and operating efficiently.

You will also be required to maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues alike.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will play a vital role in visual merchandising, creating an engaging and inviting atmosphere in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
