We are seeking a proactive and experienced Systems Engineer to support and scale the systems and workflows that underpin our fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and monitor the performance of automated processes, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Implement robust solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.
  • Design, build, and test new tools to support future product offerings.
  • Ensure all operations tools are well documented from a technical standpoint.
  • Analyze operational issues relating to engineering solutions, leveraging industry knowledge to quickly pinpoint challenges.
  • Onboard and integrate APIs from data providers, custodians, fund administrators, and other external services.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to ensure new tools and systems meet internal standards for quality, security, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in process Improvement engineering role or similar, ideally with exposure to automation or intelligent systems.
  • Proficiency in Python & SQL with understanding of how these apply to data-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding answers to new questions.
  • Experience working in financial services would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders and supporting production workflows.
  • Experience in AWS, CICD, Docker, and Temporal.io would be advantageous.
