We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. Our Early Learning Centre is committed to providing high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to educators in the centre, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and progress, ensuring seamless communication with parents.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children within the room, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • A current valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
  • Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training is necessary.
  • Experience with national quality frameworks and regulatory bodies is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning, embracing opportunities for self-improvement.
