Medical Transport Specialist Opportunity

This is a casual, part-time role that allows you to work alongside a diverse team of medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement healthcare management for patients with various medical conditions.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical handovers to other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
  • Collaborate with IHMS and internal/external service providers.
  • Complete necessary induction and ongoing education activities.

About You:

  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Be fully registered with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner, FRACGP desirable.
  • Have at least 3 years' postgraduate experience in emergency/critical care or primary health care.
  • Previous aviation flight experience and/or detention or corrections experience are desirable.
  • Hold a valid Australian passport for at least six months.
  • Have a national police check and BLS/ALS completed within the last 12 months, or be willing to obtain them.
