We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead - Digital Transformation to join our team at Lockheed Martin. This is a strategic role that requires strong technical leadership experience and expertise in Agile development environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing implementation guidance to programs and the Engineering & Technology Function, working with project stakeholders to identify priority capabilities required from the extensive international capability suite, and developing an integrated plan of development and adoption.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborate with Lockheed Martin's Digital Transformation Technical Leads, Programs and Functional leadership to promote, develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Australian Digital Transformation adoption.
  • Work with programs to assess their implementation maturity of Digital Transformation Initiatives (such as Model Based Systems Engineering aka MBSE, Agile DevSecOps, Digital Twin, Test Automation) developing and executing a plan for improvement and helping lead the implementation.
  • Support the identification and deployment of ICT infrastructure (including Cloud) needed to support tool usage.
  • Support cross-functional coordination of LMA 1LMX initiatives.
  • Provide relevant technical and domain knowledge through mentoring of the broader technical team.
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems.
  • Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
  • Support Business Captures by assessing and developing a Digital Transformation solution and defining potential cost and technical benefits.

This is a planning, technical leadership and strategic role in which you have the opportunity to work with a wide range of highly skilled people. You will be strongly supported by an experienced team of developers and implementers as well as subject matter experts in the application of these engineering tools.

About You:

  • You will have strong technical leadership experience, strategic planning expertise in an Agile development environment, and energetic problem-solving skills with attention to detail and interest in process improvement.
  • You will also possess solid analysis skills with the ability to develop and evaluate alternatives to determine best value based on customer-provided performance weighting.
  • Advanced verbal communication skills including both speaking with and listening to customers and other stakeholders are essential.
