Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Expert will be responsible for:

  • Supporting teams to embed collaborative practices and promoting the adoption of relevant frameworks, therapeutic approaches, and consistency measures;
  • Upskilling teams in service delivery to relevant requirements to support the children and young people in our care;
  • Developing and embedding service and practice models;
  • Developing and embedding new policies and processes arising from assurance activities;
  • Supporting Assurance teams to assist Service Delivery Teams to meet their assurance requirements;
  • Supporting connection, collaboration, and communication across the organisation;
  • Project managing service, team, and relationship establishment for Child and Family;
  • Leading and facilitating collaborative working partnerships internal and external;
  • Proactively identifying and responding to critical incident trends and complex support needs of children and young people.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or accreditation based on competency and experience (post-graduate desirable);
  • Knowledge of service delivery models and contemporary regulatory reform in Child and Family Services;
  • Management experience in leading Child and Family service delivery;
  • Previous relationships with government agencies, peak bodies, and sector suppliers;
  • Leadership and management experience including staff supervision, staff performance management, budget development, and financial management skills;
  • Expert facilitation and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform business-related activities and experience in developing teams through coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and project management;
  • Experience collaborating internally to develop new systems to challenges identified by Service Delivery teams;
  • Experience in delivering therapeutic-based care models;
  • Knowledge of processes for maintaining standards of practice as it relates to medication, health support, and positive behaviour support and restrictive practice.
