We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Trolley Collector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-maintained and our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas using a vehicle, ensuring they are safely stored and ready for use.
- Push trolleys up a ramp onto the collection vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collect and return trolleys left in and around the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Perform pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety and operational processes, reporting any issues related to unretrievable trolleys.
- May be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks, contributing to a clean and safe working environment.
- A full (unrestricted) Australian driver's license or Provisional P2 driver's license (Green P Plates).
- Physical fitness is essential, as you will be transitioning from driving a vehicle to physically collecting and loading trolleys throughout your shift.
- Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 4pm.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
