Role Overview:

The Robert Bird Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

About the Role:

  • You will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • You will work closely with our creative team to design and produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • You will collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted sales enablement content and support their efforts in generating new leads.
  • You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • You will manage and analyze campaign metrics to measure success and inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
