We are seeking a skilled and experienced Casual Sessional Teacher to join our team at RMIT University. As a Casual Sessional Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering course material, assessing students, and supervising students enrolled in selected courses within the program.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Assessment: Deliver course material, assess students, and supervise students enrolled in selected courses within the program.
- Program Review and Development: Participate in the program's continuing review of course content and development, delivery, teaching methods, and methods of students' assessment.
- Industry Experience: Utilize your industry experience to diagnose learning problems in students and propose effective solutions.
- Software Skills: Skilled in using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) and software such as CAD or Solid Works.
- Qualifications and Experience: Hold a qualification in the TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its equivalent; or higher-level qualification in adult education. Current industry experience within Engineering Technology - Electrical is also required.
