Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Planner to join our team. As a key commercial partner with Product Managers and Retail and Online teams, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing brand performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the department's financial plan, including sales forecasting, budgeting, OTB management, and inventory control.
  • Provide planning leadership through activities like post-season analysis, assortment planning, and range quantification.
  • Ensure the department meets all key planning milestones and merchandising supply chain accountabilities.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial projections within the department.
  • Prepare line projections and provide ad-hoc support for the Senior Planner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in planning allocations and planning in a retail environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and general administration expertise.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics in a retail setting.
  • An analytical mindset and flair for numbers.
  • Ability to think laterally and approach problems proactively.
  • Prior retail experience providing excellent commercial and business insight.
  • Strong communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.
