Business Partner Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality, safety, accreditation, and clinical risk management systems across the Local Health District Network.

This key position will provide high-level advice to the Network senior management team and work collaboratively with managers, clinicians, and staff across the Network to improve clinical quality systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality, safety, accreditation, and clinical risk management systems
  • Provide high-level advice to the Network senior management team
  • Collaborate with managers, clinicians, and staff across the Network to improve clinical quality systems
  • Motivate and coordinate people to deliver creative solutions that result in change and improvement
  • Develop interpersonal relationships and teamwork to effectively collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in health services
  • Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Skills and knowledge in various improvement methodologies used in health services
  • A current unrestricted drivers' license and ability to drive/travel as required

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel and may involve overnight stays. The successful candidate must have a current unrestricted drivers' license and be willing to drive as required.

Selection Criteria:

  1. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in health services
  2. Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  3. Skills and knowledge in various improvement methodologies used in health services
  4. Proven capacity to develop interpersonal relationships and teamwork
  5. Ability to motivate and coordinate people to deliver creative solutions
