The team of tech-driven accountants are harnessing the power of cloud-based systems, interconnected technology and sophisticated reporting software to provide best solutions for their clients.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced client-facing senior bookkeeper to join their team.

This role offers the perfect blend of managing your time and priorities while enjoying the security and stability of working within a growing business.

About the Role:

  • Support the Partners by providing hands-on bookkeeping services to a diverse range of SME clients, including relationship and service delivery management to ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Everything Xero, including sharing Xero knowledge and training clients on new systems and processes.
  • Set up new accounting files, including integrating data.
  • Assist with client queries.
  • Prepare and process payrolls.
  • Review and prepare BAS & IAS.
  • Manage creditor and debtor invoicing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process journal entries.

About You:

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Xero and Xero add-ons.
  • Good business acumen with a genuine interest in small business and a natural ability to connect with SME business owners.
  • Strong administration, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Natural high attention to detail.
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable written and personal communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation.
