Senior Appian Expert Wanted

To drive strategic growth, we seek a seasoned expert in Appian solutions.

We require a visionary to design and develop customized software applications using the Appian platform.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Appian solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize existing workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in the field of low-code development.
  • Maintain high levels of technical expertise and share knowledge with team members.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams in Agile environments.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4-5 years focused on Appian.
  • At least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) is highly desirable.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, or Process Mining tools is an added advantage.
