About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled sports team leaders to assist with leading and training students in various sports.

  • Football
  • Touch Football
  • Futsal
  • Cricket
  • Volleyball
  • Basketball

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a personal faith and commitment to their Christian values, as well as the following skills and experience:

  1. Provide coaching and feedback in a positive and respectful manner.
  2. Set high expectations for athlete behavior, language, and sportsmanship.
  3. Support players in developing respect for game officials and their decisions.
  4. Ensure all coaching and game instructions adhere to school guidelines.
  5. Ensure all players receive adequate instruction, and support, providing opportunities for improvement.
  6. Consider the future wellbeing of athletes when making decisions about their ability to continue competing or training, seeking professional medical opinions as necessary.

Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to provide a clearance number or letter. You must live and be able to work in NSW to apply for this position.
