About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at AIBS. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to ensure construction activities adhere to statutory requirements and environmental best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on planning, building certification, and fire safety matters.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain documentation in accordance with record-keeping policies.
- Conduct inspections of resort buildings and community buildings across the resorts.
- Manage projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to budgets and client expectations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in building surveying, fire engineering or other relevant discipline.
- Be accredited under the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020 as a Building Surveyor.
