Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker/Barista to join our team in this busy cafe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats. You will also be working as a barista, creating high-quality coffee drinks for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of cabinet food, including toasties, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Provide assembly/instructional guidance to the cafe team.
