Business Analysis Role OverviewAbout the Job

This is a critical opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute their technical expertise to enhance business systems, ensure system reliability, deliver projects, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests raised by users to ensure timely support.
  • Participate in solution design and delivery of projects, including configuration, continuous improvement initiatives, and data collection activities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
  • Manage data migration, conversion, and analysis activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer requirements are considered.
  • Conduct system troubleshooting, testing, and facilitate User Acceptance and Pre-Production Testing.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, including project management, risk management, and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills, proficient in SAP EWM with exposure to S/4HANA, SD, and MM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong configuration skills and deep business knowledge of warehousing operations and EDI mapping.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years' experience in SAP EWM, with relevant industry knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and thrive in dynamic environments.
