About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our BWS team at Broome Boulevard Shopping Centre. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage inventory, housekeeping, and team leadership to ensure seamless store operations
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, business objectives, and key performance indicators
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines and promote a customer-centric culture
  • Collaborate with the store team to create an engaging and inclusive store experience
