Our approach focuses on creating innovative technology and products that empower pet parents to take control of their pet's health. We've already served 50 million meals across Australia, but our vision extends far beyond this milestone.

We aim to create multiple nutritional products, including disease prevention meals and supplements, and expand into new markets. With a team of 250+ pet-obsessed individuals, we're confident in our ability to drive change in a stagnant industry.

The Role

We're seeking a talented mid-weight copywriter to join our creative studio in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Creative Copywriter, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to craft compelling copy across brand, marketing, and product materials.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing crafted, conceptual, and insight-driven copy that brings our tone of voice to life
  • Supporting the performance marketing and creative team with high-performing concepts, scripts, and captions tailored to channel requirements
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to develop and write clear, engaging, and effective copy for various marketing materials
  • Creating persuasive and effective copy for brand-owned channels, CRM, social media, UX, events, and B2B
  • Ensuring all copy produced is compliant with pet food standards and regulations
  • Managing priorities and workflows to ensure business priorities are met

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proven experience as a copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic copywriting skills

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

">

Ability to adapt writing style to match different brands and target audiences

">

Strong understanding of social media channels and performance marketing principles

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
