As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our safety culture and implementing initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
With strong leadership skills and a clear vision, you will be responsible for motivating individuals to take ownership of health and safety across all levels of the project.
You will lead a team of professionals to deliver work to a high standard and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support peers to achieve our goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and ensuring the effectiveness of our health and safety system.
- Leading the safety culture on site to ensure the safety of all persons on site.
- Motivating people to take ownership of health and safety across all levels of the project.
- Managing projects and deadlines efficiently.
