Senior Technical Services Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to assume ownership of resolving technical issues across various products and technologies.
About the RoleAs a trusted point of contact for colleagues, you will bring a calm and methodical approach to problem-solving, working effectively under pressure and managing unexpected challenges with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Capability: Provide end-user support for multiple products/systems (e.g., Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications, PCS).
- Business Awareness: Develop an understanding of customers' environments and service delivery requirements to deliver the service.
- Process: Follow established processes/systems and recommend improvements to resolve routine customer enquiries, documenting actions taken.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of customers' problems, escalating and/or gaining support where necessary to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Service Level: Escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectations/SLA, monitoring performance through statistical reporting and analysis.
- Team Working: Demonstrate personal leadership and initiative, resolving issues, supporting other team members, and acting as an SME within the team.
- Professional Development: Take responsibility for learning about current products/systems to build technical knowledge to support business requirements.
