Business Analyst Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the contact centre industry. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving customer experience.

This role will primarily be responsible for analysing business requirements and developing solutions to improve customer journey design and objectives. The successful candidate will ensure that digital platform requirements are clearly defined, agreed and understood to facilitate effective business and channel implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and develop solutions to improve customer journey design and objectives
  • Manage, maintain and develop contact centre technologies including Genesys PureConnect / Genesys Cloud (telephony, call recording, feedback, quality, and dialler) and Teleopti
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred, but not essential
  • At least 2 years demonstrated business analyst and / or technical business support experience in a contact centre environment
  • Superannuation knowledge / experience a distinct advantage
  • Experience / knowledge of contact centre processes / systems is a distinct advantage, particularly Genesys PureConnect / Genesys Cloud
