Beverage Professionals Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a dynamic environment where they will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a memorable dining experience for patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a wide range of drinks and cocktails with precision and speed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop knowledge of western cuisine and menu items, making recommendations to guests when required
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's experience in a restaurant or bar environment, with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation, including mixology and bartending techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A high school certificate (Year 9-11) or equivalent qualification is essential
- Bartending certification (RSA) is an advantage
- Fluent English language skills are required
