Food Production Worker

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Worker to join our team at Omini Recruit. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of our food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently plan, select, and verify orders to meet production demands.
- Implement proper stock rotation principles, following the "first in first out" rule to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring it is always ready for picking and shipping.
- Handle any stock returned by drivers by returning it to appropriate bin locations or placing it in designated damaged or low code areas.
- Adhere to HACCP regulations and demonstrate understanding of them to ensure food safety.
- Support stocktaking activities as needed on-site to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Load and unload containers and delivery vehicles as necessary to facilitate efficient production.
- Prior experience in mixing and batching is essential for this role.
- Previous machine operation, particularly in bottling, sealing, and mixing, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with OH&S and food safety programs, particularly in relation to the "cold chain" process, is required.
- Effective communication abilities are necessary for successful collaboration with the team.
- Great hygiene standards and strong knowledge of HACCP are essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
- GREAT accuracy and attention to detail are required for this role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is crucial for success.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances are necessary for this position.
