Job Opportunity

Gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic dispute resolution setting is an excellent way to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The role offers a chance to work closely with lawyers, conducting research and attending court hearings. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional front-of-house presence and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with case preparation, including document collation and drafting correspondence
  • Conduct legal or procedural research and contact relevant parties
  • Attend court hearings to take notes or represent the team
  • Maintain a professional environment and assist with meeting room setup
  • Perform administrative duties, including mail handling and document archiving
About You:
  • A law student studying their LLB or JD, ideally in their third year or above
  • Prior paralegal experience and flexibility to work 2-3 days per week are desirable
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are required
