Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated POS Supervisor to lead our point-of-sale team and provide exceptional customer service.

As the lead POS operator, you will be responsible for processing sales, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.

Your primary mission is to:

  • Ensure that every customer receives fast and efficient service
  • Process transactions accurately and securely
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone or in-store
  • Support the management team by training & coaching POS team on process and customer service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or a similar industry
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for customers
  • Cash-handling and tender management experience preferred
  • Ability to make decisions and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
