Early Childhood Educator Role

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at a childcare centre in Warriewood. As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need
  • Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and events

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Proven experience working with young children in a educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
