Permanent OSHC Coordinator position available for an individual with a genuine passion for childcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe and inclusive professional team environment for staff and children
- Maintain accurate attendance and casual bookings schedules to guarantee child safety and supervision
- Supervise other educators, ensuring they understand in-service responsibilities and perform accordingly
- Develop engaging educational programs with observations and reflection journals
- Encourage opportunities to share children's participation and engagement in programs with families
- Nurture strong relationships with families and the school community
- Proven experience in childcare or related field
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
