Embedding the C4 Product Suite

This pivotal role in our Operations Team involves integrating the C4 product suite with customers to enhance their experience.

  • Install, configure, and support SitaWare in customer C4I environments for testing, training, exercises, and operations.
  • Establish and test integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Deliver technical training of administrators and end users in classroom and workshop settings.
  • Capture feedback from customers and incorporate it into the learning loop within the organization and the customer.
  • Maintain alignment between customer expectations and product roadmaps to maximize value for both parties.
  • Participate in testing beta releases and C4I software improvement activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and on time.
The Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields, or comparable military experience.
  • Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
  • Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems) and XMPP chat.
  • Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to create trust with stakeholders.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with basic scripting (e.g. JavaScript, JSON, XML) and hardware infrastructure components like servers.

To work within our Defence business unit, you must hold a Defence NV1 security clearance.
