Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction techniques and building processes, particularly in new build and heavy refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme goals are met. This includes planning and programming work, following safety and quality assurance processes, and managing stakeholder relations.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who can lead by example and create an environment that values teamwork, fair play, creative thinking, and continual learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage construction activities to ensure timely and safe completion
  • Collaborate with project managers and site managers to achieve project goals
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification, preferably in a trade or building-related field
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and building processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
