Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Victorian Industrial team as an Operational Support Specialist.

The role will be based at one of our major clients' sites located in Craigieburn, where you will work closely with our client to assist in the day-to-day management of warehouse employees.

The warehouse operates 24/7, however, the position requires onsite presence on a rotating roster - Week 1: 9.00am to 5pm and Week 2: 1.00pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

Your daily responsibilities will include recruitment-associated tasks such as:

Staff Performance Management and Training

- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall efficiency.

Shift Attendance and Arrival Checking

- Ensure accurate shift attendance records and conduct regular arrival checks to maintain compliance.

Safety Initiatives and Compliance

- Develop and implement proactive safety initiatives to minimize workplace incidents.

Client Relationship Building

- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Analyze data to inform staffing action plans and ensure optimal workforce utilization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic;
  • Sound administration skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to follow and adhere to clear process guidelines;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Flexibility in working hours, as early starts may be required from time to time.
