Group Fitness Coach Position Overview

We are seeking a Group Fitness Coach to deliver high-energy group fitness classes, provide guidance and support, and help members achieve their fitness goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. They will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging class programs, providing feedback and encouragement to participants, and maintaining a safe and inclusive class environment.

  • Deliver group fitness classes focusing on technique, safety, and fun
  • Create and implement new class programs to keep classes fresh and exciting
  • Support and guide participants to achieve their fitness goals
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to promote a positive club environment

Key Qualifications:

  • Fitness qualifications or related field (Cert III in Fitness)
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
