We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support / Storeperson to join our team at Beacon Lighting Commercial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a professional experience each time they interact with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with transport affiliates to receive and dispatch goods, unload and load trucks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate with customers regarding general freight deliveries and facilitate the delivery and dispatch of stock.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work with various client groups, including builders, electricians, wholesale customers, and larger project clients.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize your work effectively.
