We are seeking a motivated Logistic Specialist Trainee to join our team at MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in logistics within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As a Logistic Specialist Trainee, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and overseeing warehouse operations. You will receive on-the-job training, mentoring, and the opportunity to grow your career with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Organising freight and consignments
  • Unloading vehicles
  • Operating forklifts

You will be responsible for contributing to:

  • Effective stock management
  • Physically unloading containers and pallets
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Performing other related duties as needed

About You:

  • Have the desire to learn and have a positive attitude

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills - confidence to ask questions
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment will be well regarded but not required
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good safety awareness
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
  • A current forklift licence preferred
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen and Police Check
