Application Specialist

This role involves working with WebPAS systems as part of a Patient Services Application Team in a leading healthcare provider.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Testing, documenting and releasing application software to ensure smooth operations and system enhancements.
  • Liaising closely with vendors using WebPAS, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication.
  • Triage, investigation and resolution of support issues to maintain uninterrupted service for patients and healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in WebPAS systems and experience managing patient data.
  • A good understanding of SQL and Oracle.
  • Past experience in the healthcare sector.
