About the Role

As a key member of our frontline fuel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our EG customers.

To achieve this, you will be required to:

  • Provide top-notch service to every customer that walks into our store
  • Promote our products and fantastic deals in-store through effective communication and enthusiasm
  • Operate the point of sale system and monitor fuel and stock deliveries with precision
  • Maintain a safe working environment at all times, adhering to company health and safety protocols
  • E nsure our stores maintain premium presentation through effective merchandising and stock control

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with previous retail experience who can bring a confident attitude and an energetic approach to every day. You should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, you should be a great communicator who is solutions-focused and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
