About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our well-established and long-term team at Majella Early Years Centre + Kindergarten. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational programs for children in our Senior Toddler room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Plan and deliver a comprehensive, inclusive, and educational program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Child Development: Support children to grow and develop, fostering a happy, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages learning and fun.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in professional and personal development, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification recognized by ACECQA, or Working Towards
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
  • Effective workplace communication skills
