We are seeking an experienced meat cutter to join our team.

Job Description

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for breaking down, boning, cutting, trimming and rolling various meats, operating meat cutting equipment and tools, preparing display windows for retail display, and maintaining Food Safety & Occupational Health and Safety Standards.

Requirements

A qualified butcher or experienced apprentice who shares a passion for the meat industry and butchering trade. Required skills include knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods, ability to operate and maintain meat cutting equipment.

What We Offer

A permanent full-time role with staff discount on produce. Monday to Friday work with optional Saturday overtime.
