We have been producing aseptically compounded pharmaceutical products for over 50 years, including chemotherapy drugs for use by patients in hospitals.

Job Summary

This permanent full-time position involves working as an integral member of the Quality team to ensure that our compounding centre operates in compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements.

You will work closely with Operations to implement improvements to raise compliance and efficiency and engage with production teams to promote the Quality culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Releasing of compounded batches in accordance with quality procedures and regulations.
  • Participating in investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances, supplier and customer complaints.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to complete action items related to quality procedures and regulations.
  • Conducting and coordinating training on Quality procedures and requirements.

You may also support the team with Environmental Monitoring activities and perform quality assessments quarantined incoming goods as required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced in a sterile compounding environment.
  • Experience with regulators of pharmaceutical manufacture (eg TGA) desired.
  • Experience in continuous quality improvement.
  • Competency in common IT software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio).

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
