Job Role

The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.

  • Process distribution orders/requests promptly, including pick packing, shipping, and stock management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Unload containers and liaise with customers.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise.
  • Perform manual handling tasks.
  • Participate in cycle counts and stock takes as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in Counterbalance and High Reach.
  • A strong safety mindset and understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Accuracy, methodical work approach, and good numeracy.
  • IT skills and ability to complete paperwork and count stock items.
  • Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods Handling.
  • Flexibility in duties and awareness of customer deliverables and quality impact.

Work Hours: This is a full-time position operating Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm.
