Senior Stormwater Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Stormwater Engineer to lead impactful projects in stormwater infrastructure. This role involves managing the design, delivery, and maintenance of stormwater projects to protect communities and enhance environmental sustainability.

  • Leading the planning, design, implementation of stormwater projects.
  • Conducting hydrological and hydraulic assessments to mitigate flood risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and environmental guidelines.
  • Managing asset maintenance, condition assessments, lifecycle planning.
  • Providing technical advice, collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior engineers, contributing to capacity building.

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in stormwater infrastructure design, assessment, management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, leadership abilities.
