Storeperson Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Storeperson in our Kwinana, WA warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching customer orders with top-notch service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a great work ethic, and a "can do" attitude. Previous warehousing experience, particularly in receiving, pick, pack, and/or dispatch, is highly desirable.

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming goods in a safe and organized manner.
  • Conducting sorting, loading, and unloading of vehicles, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Operating a forklift within the warehouse, adhering to strict safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in warehousing, including receiving, pick, pack, and/or dispatch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A current and valid forklift license, with demonstrated experience in operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • A customer service mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft suites, with experience using relevant software applications.
