About the Role

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Motorcycle Delivery Driver to join our team in Mt Isa.
• As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for delivering mail and small parcels to homes and businesses in a safe and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Starting early in the morning, you will sort mail and small parcels with your teammates at the facility.
• Complete your own daily vehicle safety check to ensure a safe working environment.
• Load your vehicle with your deliveries for the day, adhering to safe working load limits.
• Deliver outdoors in all types of weather to deliver to homes and businesses, using your motorcycle in a confident and competent manner.
• Be paired up with our experienced Rider Mentors, who will engage and take part in your professional development.

About You

• You hold a full or probationary QLD motorcycle licence and ride a geared motorcycle regularly and confidently.
• You will successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment.
• You are flexible with working additional hours if required.
• You have a great memory, excellent attention to detail, and can lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly.
• You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing no more than 100kgs fully-clothed.

• Post probationary base pay rate (after 3 months training rate) is $35.57 per hour plus 12% superannuation.
