Overview of the Role:
Our organization seeks a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join its Digital and Enterprise Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting the next generation of digital engagement for our customers.
The role requires a strong technical background in software engineering, with expertise in cloud computing, integration, data exchange, and platform architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, sophisticated, and simple digital experiences for our internal and external stakeholders.
About the Team:
The Digital and Enterprise Technology team is responsible for delivering compelling experiences through digital engagement platforms that support our customer-centric digital strategy. Our team brings together quality engineering, product leadership, and customer input to realize our purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Transformation Lead will establish the technical solutions for our digital products and services, enabling re-use, flexibility, and scale. They will also ideate, evolve, and reimagine our technology stack to ensure resilient and modern functionality while clearing the way for innovation.
You will build strong relationships with our product, engineering, cyber, data, and delivery stakeholders. Research and learn, bringing innovative thought leadership to the team and driving designs that are contextual given our current landscape, regulatory obligations, and future goals.
Measure everything - enable consistent and coherent monitoring and analytics capabilities to identify issues, monitor performance, and measurably improve our platform.
You will directly contribute to engineering, engineering practices, correction, and support, working in close partnership with your product and engineering team members to build and experiment cohesive products and services.
A hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of the technology landscape within which we operate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, Finance, or Tech / Master's + 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Stakeholder management, influence, and engaging across technology, architecture, and business teams with executive presence.
Product development, solutions design, service design, technical solutions, functional and non-functional requirements, testing for complex financial engagement.
