Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our claims administration team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality claims support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of life insurance claims across all products
  • Supporting the claims team with customer service, ad-hoc administration, and data support
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting in the development of processes and controls in the claims department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in claims administration or customer service
  • Experience working with life insurance claims and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian Superannuation Fund (ASF) qualifications preferred
