Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Juniper Aged Care in Fitzroy Crossing, Kimberley region. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role
  • Provide person-centred clinical care and develop care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Safely administer medications and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with aged care requirements.
  • Support and supervise care staff to deliver exceptional care and promote a positive work environment.
  • Contribute as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support services for our residents.
  • Comply with Occupational Safety and Health requirements, including Injury Risk Management, to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Curent AHPRA Registration (Enrolled Nurse)
  • Previous experience in aged care is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to upholding these standards in daily practice.
  • Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health principles in a healthcare setting and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required for this role.
