Role Overview

The Graduate Civil Engineers Land Development program aims to build technical, leadership and behavioural skills in a dynamic environment. You will be part of state-based Graduate Groups offering mentorship, networking and professional development opportunities.

As a participant, you will develop digital, communication, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills through regular graduate events and global exposure through Arcadis' Expedition DNA program focusing on digital transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

You will join the Urban Development & Regeneration team, gaining exposure to general civil engineering with a strong focus on urban development/land development for residential, industrial, regeneration and urban infill projects. You will work on major estate and subdivision projects including earthwork, grading, pavement and drainage design from concept through to detailed design.

Learning from long-tenured leaders and benefiting from mentorship, you will grow with the team on a variety of projects.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for improving the quality of life and share our values: People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated from a degree relevant to the space we work.
