Contracts Administrator Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and contract matters on allocated subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Manage all aspects of subcontract administration, ensuring compliance with operating standards and company policies;">
  • Support internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts;">
  • Assist with the project subcontracting strategy for assigned subcontracts;">
  • Partner with internal management and stakeholders to review project budget and ensure adequate allocation to subcontracts to reflect subcontracting strategy on the project;">
  • Effective administration of all subcontracts to optimize earnings on the project;">
  • Assist with preparation of all claims and variations for the adjustment of compensation and time under the head contract and assigned subcontracts;">
  • Assist with the management and resolution of all claims with subcontractors/suppliers in accordance with Contract Formation and Administration Operating Standards;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management, or economics preferred;">
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers;">
  • Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator or commercial/contracts advisor on building projects;">
  • Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;">
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to drive outcomes;">
